BE CURIOUS about yourself

In order to feel better we need to start getting closer to our emotions and watch them as they are. 



We can do that only if we don't judge ourselves, for our feelings, thoughts and behavior. Instead, if we approach our inner self with curiosity, we will notice many more aspects belonging to us that we are usually unaware of.



Only when we will have recognised and accepted all what belongs to who we are, the sides we like together with the ones we don't, we will be able to know ourselves deeply. And that make us feel fully in charge of our life.
